If i use vigora x 50mg capsule once a while like just a one time in a month then it good to take it . Plzz suggest me. I want to give a better sex to my gf .

Improve the way u make love to her. Taking vigora wil not improve your act of love making. U r just 21 years. Do not take any pills or anything. Indulge more in foreplay. Focus on her body and explore her. Try different techniques and positions. For more details consult a sexologist online.
