I have fever coming on and off with chilling effect. After taking paracetamol and antibiotic it becomes normal. My blood test report sys platlets 1.6 c mm. Is it dengue.??

Its too early to say if its dengue or not because in dengue platelets start falling after fever goes down.
Next Steps
If you are concerned about dengue you should get dengue serology done to confirm dengue. however you should understand that there are several other causes of fever with chill apart from dengue.
