Take Aarogyvardhinivati one tab with normal water b.d. Kaamdudharas one tab with normal water b.d. Aplay oil for gargle is good.

Hello Ma'am,Oil pulling (Gandush) is good for gums  Irimedadi oil can be used,Brush thrice a day or after every meal, Take Tab Triphala Himalaya drug 2 at night with Lukewarm water, Mouth wash with Neem or babul leaves treated water thrice a day,U can also use  as rubbing Tab G 32 (Alarsin)  2 tid

Yes you have  use mistard  oil for this problem  Also  gargling with triphala water its beneficial But  any digestion related issue and feel bad Smell  this not cured by this procedure
