I have pcos. Dr suggest me to have letrozole for ovulation. Then Hcg injection also done. But ovulation did not occured when egg size upto 26 mm also. Almost 3-5 eggs ready to ovulate, But single one also not ovulated. Then doctor check ovary scan and she said its OHSS. actaully what is OHSS? This will affect pregnancy in future? Is this serious condition?

Yes it is a serious  condition  but can be  managed. U should not conceive this cycle
