Last two days I experience sudden strain  at tip  of my tongue. It last for maximum 5 sec and back to normal. First time i experience such  an issue after high intensity cardio exercise 2 days back . Yesterday I sneezed so many times (at least 10) . After that I experience this issue often(4-5 times in a day) . (Last 2  weeks I ate lot of salty foods like papads ) .Is this any symptom of any disease.
