USG and MRCP suggestive OCH and mild splenomegaly. Enlarged liver 17.3 cms. Dolated left lobe IHRB.Pt taking golbi sr 450 mg/day.

Golbi isn’t drug for Dilated ducts generally it needs drainage of obstructed system but shall know history and complete findings of USG and MRCP prior to comment

Would be more helpful and add clarity if you could give some history and post the report here. Why was the USG and MRI done for instance? Is the patient jaundiced ? Any history of pain abdomen or fever ? Any prior surgeries ? Etc.
