Occular myasthenia Gravis

I have mild symptoms of occular MG. There is no sudden onset. And I can trace them to atleast last 3 years or even more. But for a while they were increased a little (during a very stressed time). In January 2020 I was diagnosed. Although till now I didn't start any medication. presently my symptoms have improved with rest, exercise and lesser stress, and supplements. I wanted to know what are the chances that my occular MG doesn't convert to Generalized MG? . What precautions can I take? I also have issues of numbness, Twiching, muscles stiffness in limbs although my neurologist said that it is not due to MG but magnesium deficiency. Can it be due to masturbation. Please suggest.
