My typhi dot is positive and sputum afb is negative but there is a small faint patchy opacity in right lower zone para radic region

Need treatment according to ur symptoms...for further assistance you may go for higher investigations like HRCT ...or BAL..get investigated if u r a smoker.. Typhoid generally doesn't cause lung opacities
