According to what you have told me probably you are having OCD. you might know about your illness but not ready to face it. Its an illness just like another illnesses.
Have you taken any treatment for your problems or stopped them in between.
If not kindly get help from psychiatrist or psychologist to get well.

you just have to oppose your thoughts and act just opposite to your thoughts because they are assumptions not reality.
