Hello Doctor, I have been Observing Continuous Loose Motions from past 3 days. Kindly suggest me what can be done to get into normal situation. Thanks in advance.

Consult Now
Get a stool examination done. Consult a gastroenterologist near you.He may start some antibiotics.Prefer home based non spicy diet. If it still doesn’t settle, need further evaluation

Necessary to stay hydrated . Try to drink plenty if liquids,preferebly ORS Have soft & cooked food Juices,coconut water etc
Next Steps
if no relief then consult local physician / Gastroenterologist for investigation & treatment

try not to take tablets which stop bowel movements suddenly..
