Observed blood strains in mucus and as well through nose. Suddenly we are observing blood coming profusely from nose. Which doctor we need to meet.

Nasal bleeding,called epistaxis is common,and is not medically significant unless amount is large OR very frequent,in which case you need to consult a ENT surgeon.
