I am obese with 120 kg with blood pressure problem . Small activity now leads to breathlessness .now due to venous insufficiency my legs skin are getting affected .. i only eat telma am 40 daily Pls suggest what to do

You need a strict dietician  face to face who ask you about u n your life style, diet n choice, some medical data, than she took some measurements n than decide calories, exercise, activity. Also you need a dermatologist. It's a very bad wound. Till then, Tab MONTEK LC ONE at night for seven days. Locally apply Oin t bact+ fucidin in 1:1 ratio after cleaning with savlon. Obesity Blend diet,cut short your diet in small meals, taste is not important, use of lots of salad, fruits three times first fruit at 11-12. Two medium size chapti, dal, dahi.green very with least oil n masala. In dinner light diet like kodari, daliya, quinoa salad.
