Obesity and need to lose weight

My BMI is 29.5. doctor prescribed me reeshape capsule for my overweightness. I have started doing diet. Still not started reeshape capsule.  Should I need to have multivitamin with orlistate capsule? I saw in some researches that orlistat works well with multivitamins containing vit A D E and K. Can you pls sugest me any multivitamin capsule which contains Vit K as well?

Less than 30 BMI can be managed by diet control which is ultimate for weight management and that's needed for life time Even when you take medicine  diet and exercise regularly has to be done, further , how long one can take medicines Regular excercise, and diet control with full determination , is the safest way
