Dear doctor i had bilateral vertigo since April 2016 till 27 th August 2016 now in October since April i have my right eye which is minimum nystagnmus pls advice how it will be cured doctor said it is migranous vertigo since i have bluurred vision , lightning in eyes numbness in hand and half face pls advice ,i also have indigestion problem since than and hv lost around 10 kg wt
