You need to only give them if your dr says whether they are needed or not.
A combination arising from a daily diet of cereals, pulses, vegetables,green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk is more than sufficient to get them.
A wholesome diet provides all types of
vitamin and nutrition in this age.
Additionally you get
vitamin D from sunlight.
Nonveg food if taken intermittently will provide vitamins which lack in veg diet.
If a child is taking above diet no need of additional supplement.
If not then meet a dr who will guide you as which vit/minerals need to be given in oral form
The more the natural form of supplement the better.
