Nutrition for a 4 year

For some reason in the last 1 year my childs concentration skill's have dropped. He is fed vegetarian food. Diet: 7:30 am 150ml of milk with pediasure and  honeyloops 10:30 am a bowl of carbohydrates rich food 150 grams and curd 14:00 rice salad and cooked vegetables 150 grams 19:00 2 chapatis with dal curd and fruits 100grams Is this enough am I missing something? What is your recommendation of an ultimate diet for my son who is four years old

Better to give fruits in the midmorning. Start giving almonds in the morning.
