During NT scan of 12 week gestational age, NT value is found be 2.8. All the physical structures of the body, heart rate (166bpm) / fetal heart activity-visialised, CRL(64.3mm), BPD(22.4mm), Ductus venosus PI(1.030), amniotic fluid - normal, Cord - 3 vessels Skull/Brain - normal Spine normal Heart normal Abdominal wall normal Stomach/Bladder/Kidneys/Hands/Legs visible Nasal Bone present. Tricuspid doppler normal T21 1:16300 (screen negative) Trisomy 13/18 1:16600 (screen negative) Dr, Can you kindly let us know if this NT value is any cause of concern given the double marker results to be normal. Does this require any further screenings (NIPT/amniocentesis/triple/ quadruple tests) or can be ignored ? Thanks in advance. Regards, Purnima T

Hi The DMT is low risk,so no need to worry. You just have to get your Anomaly Scan at 18 weeks from a good radiologist to rule out anything. Thanks Dr Shweta
