I have chest pain both side but let side pain goes to. Left hand shoulder jaw and neck what is this pain please I attached my ECG and echo

Pain looks like angina but ECG shows sinus tachycardia no ischaemic changes You have to  do echo to rule out mitral valve prolapse If BP is normal take tab inderal 10mg BD
