Off late, I am feeling numbness while I wake up every morning.. it will be for few minutes then will become normal. Is this bcoz of weather changes or any deficiencies?? Also am having tablets (i-10) for migraine prescribed by a Neurologist & Triolmozest for BP given by a general physician.. is this any kind of side effect?

It could be due to deficinecies or nerve related problem. Pls consult the neurologist directly for examination and better understanding of your clinical state.
