Numbness, spinal disc bulg

I had a disc bulg in spinal 3 years back due to which I had pain in my hip and ankle while doing activities...n it went away after physio.. I developed numbness in both my feet during that time, which didn't go away till date... What to do... Is that some nerve issue or vitamin deficiency...

Disc bulge may cause nerve compression along with muscle spasms. So you pain component has reduced but nerve issues persistent. Get checked by Orthopedic surgeon for spine muscle stifness and muscle powerin legs. If needed MRI would be repeated
