Numbness in hand when folding... Also at night... I used to sleep in my both hand.. before that... I used to give pressure on ulnar nerve..mobile usage... Now i can bier spots on palm when my hand downward,and green veins...on palm.. Also little tremor...on hand on exertion... How can i improve.. I'm take nurobion forte.. Thanks

Pretty young for your problem. What’s ur job ? Check posture and use working desk for laptop etc. daily exercises Elevate hand over pillow.

You need to tell your exact problem and symptoms clearly in detail... But from whatever you have told.. You need to get NCV of both upper limbs done.... To know if there are issues related to nerves... If the ulnar or median nerve is affected of getting compressed....
