I had spotting periods last week. My periods had come after June. I have pcod from 6+years Now i have numbness on the left lower abdomen while walking and sitting(idle) It comes and goes

A delay of more than 7 days is not normal This needs to be treated The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi The reason fr numbness needs to be investigated Get ur vit b 12 n vit d levels checked

consult near by gynac, get periodic  pelvic scan done. do 2km walk daily for pcod  it ll help. thanx
