I was lying in bed earlier when I noticed there was a numbness to the toes on my right foot, this feeling then spread to my lower right leg, after about 5 mins I began to feel my left arm going numb followed by the joint between my left thumb and index finger, the numbness in my toes is still there 2 and a half hours later and around my mouth went numb for about 20 seconds 10 mins ago, this has never happened to me before and I'm beginning to get worried
