  4. Numbness in legs and hand. Any method?

Numbness in legs and hand

I sometimes have a number feeling in my left hand to left buttock to left leg and due to this I cannot sleep at night. I have to keep moving my hand and stretch my leg to feel better. I have done some blood test and the results were normal. I have also consulted doctor ,they say it's psychology but I want to reconfirm. is there any method?
