Numbness in left thigh

I am a runner and for the last few months, I have been having some numbness in my left thigh, sometimes I get a shooting pain and at times, there is an itching sensation which I am not able to fully satisfy given the numbness when I try to scratch. what should I be doing ?

Hello There. I can understand your concern. yours is a tricky situation. it needs further evaluation for further management. as of now i would suggest you take a capsule. Absolute 3g once a day after food for a month. have a high protein diet, lots of greens, fruits and vegetables. drink lots of water. kindly consult a M.D general physician in person for further management. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
