The whole body feels dull and numbness in hands and legs,light head. feeling sleepy and sour mouth . I slept for few hours and feeling the same. No other symptoms. What test needs to be done for finding the cause.

Get complete blood count   blood sugar both fasting and post meal,  thyroid function tests,   serum vitamin b12, vit D3, done. Drink more water. Take tab neurobion forte one daily for 30 days. Tab pregabalin 150mg one morning and one evening for 10 days. Share results online.
