Nuchal fold in anamoly scan

In nt scan nt value is 1.72 and double marker test is normal. I had anamoly scan in 21 weeks 2 days and in that nuchal Fold value is 4.6mm . Is this value normal or is it at higher end. Plaese clarify

At 21 weeks nuchal fold thickness will not be taken into consideration as as the baby grows the nuchal thickness will also increase
