Hello Dr Did nt scan n it shows posterior placenta formation and edges covering internal os
This is at 12 weeks my dr suggested me complete bed rest now the question is will this improve will it move upwards as this is at 12 weeks m sleeping with pillow below my legs any other this will u suggest

Placenta does shift a little as the pregnancy advances. It is due to a differential between the growth of the size of the uterus and the size of the placenta.
You are just 12 weeks. So complete bed rest for 28 weeks may not be possible.
You should not over exert yourself and cut down your outdoor activities to the minimum. Get a sonography after 2 weeks. Things may be better.
