My doctor told to do NT scan today its 11 weeks 2 days. Will the results be accurate at 11 weeks or it might show wrong if baby is too small now Please need advice

Result will not be wrong But better to do after 12 weeks As before 12 weeks the baby maybe too small to be visualised
