Hello doctor my son 4years old now. Yesterday he said he have itching in novel region mild reddness present around novel. He is completely normal at evening . In the same night he is suffering with fever iam using fephanil syrup. Still he is having fever and no improvement. Is it normal doctor pls suggest me pls see the novel region iam enclosed the image
