Noticed small hard lump inside lower lip, no pain ...is something to worry about. It's like "gaanth"..very small. I can feel with the my tougue

For how long is that lump present in your lip? You need to go to a oral & maxillofacial surgeon for proper evaluation of the lump. Some lumps do occur in lower lip mostly due to mucous filled salivary glands and are called mucocele which are usually painless.
