Noticed a cyst on my cervix

Hi,i'm a 24years old and i've suddenly noticed a hard bump on my cervix.after some research i came to know that it's called Cervix Cyst.i faced this kind of problem for the first time so i'm little worried about it.is it harmful?sould i need any doctor or does it need any treatment?? Is there anything worry about the cyst?

Thank you for your question The cervix has glands that can get blocked and produce small collections called Nabothian cysts. Usually they are nothing much to worry about. Infections of the cervix can cause blockage of glands and cause collections similar to these cysts.
Next Steps
please see a Gynaecologist, get examined and if you are sexually active get a pap smear test done as well. if you have multiple sexual partners or have had unprotected intercourse you may be at risk of a sexually transmitted infection that should be treated in time.
