Not Turn On for Sexual Activity

He is always kind of scared of sex n intercourse. Whenever there is an end point, he always try to escape and so the marriage and sexual life is not good. Also I am a PCOS patient and hence there is a problem conceiving. But, at the same time I never saw him ejaculating and never felt it inside too. Want help as what can be done in this situation please.
