Not sure what mental illness I have

Symptoms: 1. Outside my mouth shuts down I communicate via head/hand gestures. 2. I don't feel comfortable in looking at people's face which results in not remembering faces of people. 3. I'm not good at explaining, so people don't get my thoughts I complicate basic conversation. 4. I ghost people, but in heart I like them but I feel exhausted to talk/msg them frequently so I text after weeks or months. 5. I get suicidal thoughts but have control on them from past 3 years but can't even out of that gutter. 6. I was extrovert and emotional since childhood but from past few years I'm becoming introvert and less sympathetic. 7. I want to travel and meet people but after getting ready to go out I cancel plans as I feel tired from thought of going out. 8. I either eat nothing for days or overeat till I feel nauseous and get sick. 9. I have trust issues and commitment issues so I don't get in relationship and always question everyone in my mind. 10. I sleep for 15+ hours still feel sleepy.
