My 3 years baby boy Not passing stool since 6 days, he don't like to eat anything. His weight is going decrease

Go to ur nearest good pediatrician and Do  rectal enema for ur child If  problem persist after enema then  consult again here  We will help u out  Will council about food habit change  and  give some medicine also for  that But for now  give  enema
