Not passed stool

My 2 months baby had normal bowel movement, but has not passed stool from past 3 days, some sites say, to meet pediatrician if it exceed more than 3 days.. What should I do?

You have not mentioned about type of milk. Breastfed babies are less prone to constipation. If you are giving formula, then check if it is properly prepared. If there is no pain abdomen, or distended, or bloody stools, or vomiting this constipation is probably safe. You may give fruit juice 30 to 60 ml daily to treatment No laxative

If baby is on exclusive BF then nothing to worry....sometimes on exclusive BF baby can take 7to8 days to pass stool...
