He had accident 2 month ago, he had patches of blood clot in his head ( getting to normal condition naturally ) , but he is not coming back mentally . He was getting better n better day by day till 26 of last month ( till day of revisit after discharge on 11) . At that night after new medication he fall from bed and become physically more weak . 1)Sometime he become hyper 2) he talk nonsense 3) he was excessive alcoholic before accident. 4) from accident he is on alcohol withdrawal ( from 2 month)
