Not good LFT values, what it could be?

Recently did my mother Fullbody checkup because she was feeling very weak and weight loss, below are the LFT values AST (SGOT) 451.2 U/L <35 ALT (SGPT) 285.3 U/L <35 AST:ALT Ratio 1.58 <1.00 GGTP 20.8 U/L <38  Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) 84.90 U/L 30 - 120 Bilirubin Total 0.65 mg/dL 0.30 - 1.20 Bilirubin Direct 0.13 mg/dL <0.20 Bilirubin Indirect 0.52 mg/dL <1.10 Total Protein 7.42 g/dL 6.40 - 8.30 Albumin 4.20 g/dL 3.50 - 5.20 Globulin(Calculated) 3.22 gm/dL 2.0 - 3.5 A : G Ratio 1.30  0.90 - 2.00 What it could possibly be? i am going for Hepatitis b an c test today as recommend by my doctor. For 1 week she had below medicine recommend by same doctor. 1. enteric coated pantoprazole and domperidone sr capsules 2. ferrous ascorbate and folic acid tablets 3. silybon forte tablet 4. febutec 40 5. ursodeoxycholic acid tablet 6. vitacure gold sache
