I have speneded almost 3.6 Years now with wife. We regularly in touch wife with when we have free time for sex. She is irregular we have taken some medicines with gynocolgy guidance. After that we don't see any results to get regular menstrual cycle. When we have medication she will get periods properly if we not take it won't happen. We have not tried IUI. My sperm count is about 20 to 50 million per ml. Is the IUI WILL helps ?? For carrying at this situation. Also tell me how long gap required to do sex leak the best sperm to vagina please guide me am frustrated with it.
