Got married before 3 months and trying to have a baby. But can't get pregnant 1st time. Could not find the proper reason for that and don't what needs to be changed

There is only 20 percent chance to conceive on first try. Start folic acid and have regular intercourse during mid cycle. Try atleast for 1 year and even after that you are unable to conceive thn see a doctor
