Not getting good sleep

Hi, I usually sleep around 1 AM as I work in Afternoon shift. Some times I feel not getting proper in night for couple of weeks and I feel sleepy in day time. On top that I am not able remember few things. Please assist

Lack of sleep is affecting your memory. Find out the external distances and internal as well. Consult psychiatrist for counselling. Quit caffeine. Do exercise daily. Meditation also will help you.
