Hi,
Probably u are having night mares,which can affect the sleep. Night mares can be caused by daytime stressors,anxiety,depression,being sleepe deprived for few days, alcohol or other substance abuse.
These all require special attention and evaluation.If u identify any of those causes,treating those conditions can relieve u of disturbing dreams.
Also maintain sleep hygiene
