My son is 2.5yrs old he is very thin not gaining weight he hving his food properly he cry lot for small things not listening at all plz suggest me

Give him plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices Fiber rich food items in diet Dry fruits also Add one appetizer Syrp. Zincovit 5ml twice a day for 2months Deworm once if not done With syrp. Zentel 10 ml once only at the time of sleep at night
