What types of precautions I should take? Mine is very hectic schedule due to office work. I need to work late night sometimes in a week. I could not have lunch or dinner one particular time.. What do you suggest?

Improper meals will cause acid dyspepsia soon...so I suggest you to eat at regular intervals with daily 45 min walk
