Not feeling sexually aroused since week

Usually every night I feel a strong urge to masturbate and I usually endup doing it and feeling very satisfied. But since a week I am not feeling that urge . Also when I masturbate I don't feel the pleasure even when I ejaculate. Very worried. Not diabetic or any heart issues .on no medication. Is this something to be worried about ?
