Hi, thanks for reaching out.
We know it can be very difficult to deal with what you are going through, but remember that you are worth living no matter what you hear from others. There can be a number of reasons why you feel this way and it is important to address them in a healthy way.
Some things to remember that might help you,
You are not alone, It may appear like everyone is preoccupied with their own interests. In truth, most folks have no idea what's going on inside your thoughts. But if they did, chances are they'd be pleased to provide a sympathetic ear or assist you in finding the help you require.
You can make life more meaningful. When life feels pointless, it can be easy to give up. But, just as pain prevents you from seeing solutions, it can also rob you of the joy and importance that used to be associated with the things that mattered. Your life, on the other hand, has significance. Make it a personal challenge to find â or create â this meaning. It may not be massive or earth-shattering, but it exists. Consider your skills, abilities, and other accomplishments. Consider your relationships with people or previous ambitions.
Mistakes donât have to define you. When you're struggling, it's natural to lash out and do or say things you don't mean. Suicidal thoughts might be exacerbated by the suffering you cause, leading you to believe the people you hurt are better off without you. Try talking about the sadness you're experiencing. Not everyone is aware that irritation and anger are common symptoms of depression and other mental illnesses.
You matter, Finally, hang in there because you're important. Remember this, no matter how terrible you're feeling. Life â and people â are constantly changing, and you are deserving of a second opportunity. Your life is deserving of a second opportunity.
We would highly recommend you to approach a professional counsellor/mental health practitioner (preferably someone who specializes in trauma therapy) who would be able to guide you through in a safe and non-judgmental manner. It is perfectly okay to seek out professional help from mental health practitioners from organizations or independent set ups.
