Unable to crawl in proper way crawl with one leg while another skids on the floor. But walks very slowly if holds her hand that to few steps

Going through ur statement it seems child is having developmental problem. It can be due to some neurological disfunction of Brian for body functioning. Not its not clear with ur statement . So plz consult neurologist docter or take help from occupational therapist wo works pediatric cases.
