Due to non circumcised, not able to have a proper sex. Every time I try to penetrate, penis looses its erection due to pain

If ur foreskin is not going back in full erection then u need circumcision.

Circumcision is not the absolute cure for any pain related to sex. You will have to be evaluated in detail, and examined, to rule out phimosis, which certainly requires circumcision. If that is not the case, you may not need circumcision at all.
