Not able to sleep. Headache.

Since last one month i am not able to sleep properly. Severe headache is there. I am a working lady going office early morning coming late. Please help me.

Is there a Trace of Self pitying in you!!! Stress could also be a reason.  Stress could be due to various reasons.
