Not able to remember and feel

My mother is suffering from mental issue, she is not able to Remember the things and even she can not feel the setuation what's going on, Have admitted one hospital but there is no improvement in her health, I have CT-Scan and MRI report, please let me know if report is required and can help for better advise. Thanks in advance 🙏
